If you will be coming in early, please call our innkeeper to arrange drop-off and to secure a parking spot. Departure is any time before 11am. Once again, please understand that we must adhere to a strict schedule to ensure that all of our guests are taken care of.

Only registered overnight guests are allowed in the rooms.

Cancellation Policy
Please notify us via e-mail at [email protected] if you need to cancel your reservation. We cannot accept phone cancellations, they must be in writing via e-mail. While we understand that travel can be unpredictable and plans sometimes change, making a reservation at a B&B is quite different from making one with a major hotel. We have a very small staff and our entire schedule is built around our guests, so cancellations affect us dearly. Please understand that we must enforce our policies accordingly. Of course, we are happy to rearrange things within reason, and refunds will be given at the discretion of the owner.

Cancellations on reservations made directly with City House:  Single room cancellations with 21 day notice prior to arrival will be given a full refund. Cancellations within 21 days but greater than 72 hours of arrival will be given a full refund less a $50 rebooking fee if the room is able to be rebooked.  If the room is not rebooked, no refund will be given. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will not be refunded. Cancellations on reservations made with third party booking sites are subject to booking site policies and must go through them. Please note that all refunds are issued by check and sent by mail. Once again, we cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, changes in plans, personal sickness or injury, family emergencies, etc. We appreciate your understanding.

We offer two options for breakfast based on our staffing and guest count. Guests may choose to have continental items pre set in their room prior to arrival. Continental items may include a selection of hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, fruit, cereal and muffins.
