Please notify us via e-mail at email@example.com if you need to cancel your reservation. We cannot accept phone cancellations, they must be in writing via e-mail. While we understand that travel can be unpredictable and plans sometimes change, making a reservation at a B&B is quite different from making one with a major hotel. We have a very small staff and our entire schedule is built around our guests, so cancellations affect us dearly. Please understand that we must enforce our policies accordingly. Of course, we are happy to rearrange things within reason, and refunds will be given at the discretion of the owner. Cancellations with 72 hours notice will receive 50% of their booking rate back. If you cancel less than 72 hours before your stay, we cannot issue you a refund. Once again, we cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, changes in plans, personal sickness or injury, family emergencies, etc. We appreciate your understanding.
